Needed someone to diagnose a problem we've been having with a Beko oven. We received very prompt and efficient service and no call out charge. Problem quickly identified, new part ordered and fitted for a fair price in less than 48 hours. Would definitely use again and recommend

Came out on the same day we called (Christmas Eve) replaced our oven, no call out charge, would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.
Arrived on time. Pleasant, courteous person. Gave good advice and the charge was very reasonable.
Called to enquire about a replacement oven door seal, the lady in the office was very courteous and extremely helpful. Even offered to send engineer out cos I couldn’t find model number. Lady was Very polite, and the engineer visited Sunday wearing mask and price for a replacement oven was so reasonable I decided to order new one. Sam Arrived following day to fit and was in and out in 30 minutes. Excellent fitter, top class service, really efficient from start to finish and very competitive price. Would highly recommend.
