New owner chesca is a brilliant fitness instructor, family themed gym that is such a great atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.
I've been going here for a few months now. Have enjoyed every class and gym session going. The staff are absolutely great, the facilities are very accommodating and the price is very fair.
The friendliest people, the biggest variety of classes and the most motivational gym ever. I love it here and recommend you try it. There is something for everyone whether you are 18 or 80. Best value for money item in my monthly spend.
I this place!!! Staff are so lovely, friendly and helpful. Anything you are ever unsure of is never too much trouble. I couldn't imagine belonging to any other gym. I've dropped a dress size and my whole level of fitness has increased. Would recommend this gym whole heartily
