I new to this gym. A wonderful selection of equipment. My main issues are most people are not cleaning the machines after the use them and this is during coronavirus. And some can’t even use deodorant and stink the place out. Otherwise I’d go back again and best to clean the machines before you use them than after.

Visited this gym for the first time today, had a bit of issue with my pon, the staff was really lovely, a polite gentleman who's been working with the gym for about 10 years. Gym is clean, spacious and packed with plenty of equipment.
Very nice and clean gym with all that you will for a session. Very nice and friendly staff that are happy to help you. Will be going here again on my rounds. They also to a 1 day session pass. Which is ideal for people who can come in and use it just for the day.
Decent gym, rather crowded at times but that's to be expected; staff are very relaxed and because of this not much is enforced like putting away the weights etc, not to mention that staff does not wear a mask (even when cleaning equipment which in itself is a rarity). Still, you can get your workout done so there's not much to complain. It's not a bad gym but it's not the best either - you get what you pay for.
I’ve been coming to this gym for the last 6-7 years or so and it is a shame to see standards start slipping. Pros: Staff are very helpful. 24 hours. Easy access from Hounslow East. Continuous upgrades. New equipment occasionally. Lots of classes available. Cons: They since removed the fungus, maybe 1-2 weeks after posting this review. (Fungus growing in men’s bathroom and has been for a couple weeks now. This is down to a damaged wall that has not been fixed for atleast 3-4 months. Picture attached.) Newbies and losers who don’t put away their equipment. Staff need to enforce this rule - they currently don’t apart from a few posters that get ignored. WiFi has more bad days than good. Sometimes I have urgent emails/phone calls that I have missed as a result. No 4g signal. Broken equipment sometimes doesn’t get fixed for over a month. This causes issues during their peak periods. The head office do NOT respond to emails. They don’t care.
