Great service offered by Purple Parking. Modern looking place with a large capacity. Simple and straightforward to use and just off the airport meaning short travel times to the terminals. Amiable and courteous staff. Will use again.

This company are truly appalling. We left our car for a 12 day stay in Madeira, returning on the 10th . When we collected the car, we noticed that the condition was not as we left it. On departing Heathrow, we found that the lights and heating was not working and there was a strange rattling in the dashboard. I took it to my engineer, who found that squirrels had got in, eaten wiring and the fan for the heating system and stashed acorns under the dashboard. The picture shows some of the acorns and plastic fan blades. Our engineer told us that the car had been returned in an unsafe condition. Clearly the storage facility was not secured from rodents. I have emailed Purple Parking support as directed three times. I have had one automated response and nothing since. The repairs required a new fan costing 200 other items and labour costing 300. More concerning was that I was given a car that was unsafe. I was told by Purple parking that all support must be conducted by email and they simply don't respond. The car had been valeted prior to leaving as we were giving friends a lift to the airport and had been serviced recently for the MOT. The repairs took three days. I am quite frankly appalled by the service and the fact we'd been returned the car in an unsafe condition

The actual parking service was fine, we dropped the car off and were taken to the airport with no problem. Our return flight was delayed which I understand is not their problem but it meant we arrived at 11.30. There was no sign of the bus despite paperwork saying it ran until midnight. Called the reception at 11.45 to be told busses have stopped and to make your own way back, which at that time of night after a 5 hour flight with 4 suitcases and 2 young kids is not much help. We had to get a taxi which cost 40 for the 7 minute journey. My complain is there is absolutely no customer service or help in your time of need. They are offering a service they don’t provide. The timings on their paperwork need to be changed as it is completely misleading. We paid extra for the insurance they offer for exactly this scenario. They could not have cared less and were frankly rude! Even an offer of a slight discount for next time would of been appreciated but they offer zero customer service. It was an incredibly stressful way to end a holiday that could have been altogether avoided if they were upfront when purchasing and had better customer service. I would not recommend.

Landed at 1500. Took my time to get to the car pick up. Arrived at 1515 and no car in sight. Told it would be 10 minutes. Another failure. I’m not using Purple Parking meet and greet again. I’m going back to drivefly, their cheaper and more reliable.

If your flight gets delayed or cancelled, you cannot extend your parking period online; you'd have to pay a \fine\ in person that is triple the original rate per day.
