Dear Passage to India Team, Thank you for making Father's Day Lunch for my dad such a special occasion yesterday. We had a fantastic feast and as always the consideration and kind temperament of Bav, the management and the rest of the team is a testament to understanding how to provide excellent service. Whether our orders have been for a family meal or the mass catering for parties and functions, the quality of the dishes has not changed in the last 30 years from when we first had it at Indian Post and your previous restaurant. That reflects the head chef's commitment and we value it. No Indian catering supplier, restaurant or take-way is on par in West London, so well done for not compromising on the quality of the food!

Amazing food, had it many times before as part of catering at functions and yesterday we had it for the first time as a takeaway. Every dish we had was delicious and would definitely recommend it to everyone looking for exceptional food and service either for an event or at home!
Unprofessional in restaurant business. This company is a catering company hence no experience in restaurant. Closes by 9. We placed an order 2040 and they cancelled our order. The staff like this only deserves to loose their job. If company owner believes in efficiency than should get rid of these kind of staff..if unprofessional Indian..continue to loose business. Hope you see reply down. Owner himself says closing time is 2100hrs and than tells we close 30 mins earlier. Such an unprofessional attitude towards customer. Closing policy stated is incorrect. Nothing more to say.
Food was great, service was polite.
Passage delivered exceptional food, was really tasty, piping hot and loved by our guests. The staff were always on hand leading up to the wedding to offer advice, help with logistics and deal with any enquiries. They were able to accommodate a range of dietary requirements e.g. vegan, nut allergies and on the day of the wedding, they delivered a great service, with food being on time and staff being exceptionally friendly. Guests loved the food and I received lots of great feedback. Very professional and very impressive and great value for money. Thanks again for the incredible service.
