I have been twice to this place, once I had English breakfast and other time I had coffee and dessert. The breakfast was freshly cooked and presentation was good. Perfect place to have breakfast. Amazingly furnished and decorated.

Overpriced, undercooked, and under par customer service. Visited often when they first opened as I’m local. It was great initially, but it seems they’re now busier than they can handle! I’ve visited 2-3 times in the last 6 months and it’s been absolutely disappointing. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Firstly - non-existent customer service. I was seated for breakfast and made to wait 20 minutes. Eventually leaving for a different cafe, after making myself known without any acknowledgement from staff. Secondly, rubbish food quality. Milkshakes are runny, with a ratio of 90% ice cream 10% chocolate bar. Hash browns undercooked, and portions are getting smaller and smaller Thirdly, price .. You’ll be paying premium prices that you’d expect to see in Tinseltown/Creams, for Tesco value quality. Avoid at all costs. Creams is down the road!

They were out of a particular cake. However, the substitute was a big size and tasted very nice. Friendly and good service. If ever in the area again, would look forward to buying some more cake and sundae from them.

So glad that mimis is open after the lockdown. We really missed our local dessert parlour that is excellent for socials and business meetings too. You can literally stay there for hours, working and staying topped up with great coffee. I often bring my daughter here with her friends, they have great kiddie portions for waffles and breakfasts. The kids love the hot chocolate! It’s been great during the Covid government eat out scheme - the place was heaving (glad to see local businesses doing well) and the customer service was friendly as always.

Opposite the hotel I was staying in I stumbled across this place. This is the best dessert lounge I have ever been to! The staff are really warm and friendly and don’t rush you when you’re ordering. The cookie dough I had was to die for, and the prices are really reasonable for London. If visiting the area again I’ll definitely come back here. 10/10!!!
