Not a great place to deliver to the ladies at the reception are great and really professional but once you get on the door the guys that unload you are so rude and unprofessional in fact actually talk down to you they really need better training and told to speak to everyone with respect and not talk down to us drivers and keep complaining about how rushed off there feet they are due to us drivers keep turning up and honestly if it wasn't for the receptionists I'd 100% give this place a 1 star due to there warehouse staff that work the night shift

Staff members here are a joke! Very rude telephone manner and when requested to speak to a superior the woman on the phone who refused to identify herself was ruder! Maybe some more training is in order?

Arrived at 12:05hrs and booked in. Had cut off time of 13:00hrs but wasnt unloaded till 13:20hrs. Was sat around waiting to have a 15kg box offloaded
