Poorly maintained and looked after. Came in today to find a small lake in the changing rooms. Nearly fell over multiple times attempting to navigate my way through said lake. Piles of wet towels attempting to mop everything up. Equipment is poorly maintained and often not working. Probably only good if you want to lift weights with no particular care to your surroundings. I'm sure it was lovely when it first opened, but clearly very little money has been spent since. The main problem is that unfortunately at 35p/m it's still great value for money for a health club. There's zero competition in the area, and that means the owners and manager just couldn't care less.

Very inconsiderate that I'm a carer and tried to charge me three payments when gym was closed due to Covid19. This is from head office and management would definitely not use this gym as highly unprofessional.

Don't sign a contract with them. They will take money out of your pocket in any circumstance (ex. even if you cannot use the gym because of their fault, even if you move 20 km away and on and on). They are ridiculous in any aspect. Do your workout from home or somewhere else. In reality they changed the terms of the contract, but they still want you to pay for what you originally signed. Run away!

If I could I wouldn’t give them even 1star I’m not recommend this gym at all and I will never be back to there, they just want to steal your money\u200c don’t trust them. Since July 26th I asked them to cancel my contract but they didn’t and the manager Mahdi Hasan told me that you can’t cancel it right now and again I asked them ok since next month cancel it but They took money from my bank account from September and August also even though i noticed them from 2 months ago and I didn’t go there since February.

Decent gym and good pricing for a year with classes and pool included. There is a variety of classes on offer too so you've got a lot of choice. Reception staff are always super friendly and helpful and always say good morning and good bye. The gym is also pretty dam tidy and the cleaning staff are really lovely too. The pool has a nice atmosphere and the jacuzzi and steam are a nice extra for after a swim. The only downside is that there is rarely any gym staff on the actual floor of the gym
