Had excellent service from the team at dbk for many years, very efficient and honest. Amman has always been professional and kind. I never recommend anybody to anyone in case of disappointment. However these people are very, very good.
I'm very disappointed with there customer service we make appointment to see property we arrived there well before the time after waiting outside in rain i call in the office and ask about Aman that we are waiting, for me as professional any one can late for any reason the best answers sorry I'm on my way but look what surprise i got they lied to me saying that we were calling you from 08:30am your phone were switch off instead i was wake up from 06:30am . when they received my email Aman call me and again he trying to blame me you got Lyca service instead i got three service thats why you didn't receive my calls. my humble advise please be honest .
