Looks good but... That's all... Paid almost 30 for 2 undercooked waffles and 2 milkshakes, with an horrible customer service. Milkshake was ok tho, but waffle was not nice at all, maybe has something to do with advertising M&M's and getting unbranded ones instead... Why would you say you serve M&M's when is not true!? Apart of this customer service was horrible, lady was really abrupt. She picked up a phone call while we were ordering by the till, so rude... She could learn a bit of how to speak with customers... We wouldn't recommend, and definitely we won't come back!

Ordered through Deliveroo. Missing a milkshake and cheesecake which was pretty much half of my order. Waffle was tasty but really shame it was stone cold. Was given what looked like the remmants of half a scoop of ice cream although we selected 'no side'. Ordered whipped cream that had the texture of liquid and cream. Both ice cream and whipped cream was very badly packaged and it was spilled on arrival. Real shame as really wanted that shake!!
Shocking orderd on uber eats all came meted, completely inedible what a waist of money. Normally get it from sweet affairs comes in a freezer bag perfect but app would not let us order from there. Turned up in paper bag I live 5 minutes no excuse steer clear.
Creams offers a range of different desserts which are amazingly well prepared and served, from ice creams to waffles to crepes and milkshakes. All are delicious and I’ve never had a problem with food quality. The places are quite busy and can get very loud. Staff usually are well mannered however there is room for improvement on customer service hence the 4 stars
Customer service was very poor. White male staff doesn't know how to talk to customer. Explain food wasn't up to my standard and he started shouting at me
