My first time visiting Blackpool shopping centre and absolutely loved it. The shopping centre and area is huge. So many shops and restaurants all around. You are spoilt for choice. I was down to see the Blackpool tower for the day. But ventured around. I will be visiting again in the next coming weeks. 10 out of 10

Good time and overall just a very nice place to go. I have been there multiple times and shopping wise it is very nice. The staff at each shop there are always kind and helpful when you are looking for items and it can also just a a great place to get some easy christmas gifts. Definitely recommend for most shopping outside of the essential areas.
Decided to help the local economy and do a large Christmas shop in Houndshill centre. What a waste of time most shops closed for business. We came out and walked around an empty Marks and Spencer which stayed open until 10pm .At 7pm decided to go home, shocked to see all access to Houndshill car park closed. After getting soaked found the one still open entrance, paid 2.70 for the privilege of a disappointing couple of hours and went home. No public toilets in the shopping centre or M&S ,disgusting get your acts together.
Very helpful polite staff shop always clean and pleasing to go into as a smaller shop very well stocked
There are marking on the floor that people are supposed to follow but don't. Your supposed to wear masks most people don't or they don't wear them properly. Security don't do anything just walk around. I only went to go to 02 they were brilliant all covid guidance used felt safe. Won't be going back to hounds hill until I feel safe going in there
