Most incredible services I have found. Not only are Lucy and Mike amazingly kind but they are flexible and will do everything in their power to ensure you fur baby is taken care of. I would not and have not hesitated to recommend them to everyone I know in search of a reliable and fantastic service.

I have been using the services of Lucy and the Hound em up team for the last few months and have been really impressed with everything from the initial meeting where we made sure that our dog got along with the resident pets to the photos and updates we see on the facebook page. We generally use the boarding service and cant recommend it enough....we always know our Mini Schnauzer is well looked after with Lucy and Mike.
Had previously used kennels for our Archie but wasn't happy with the personal care he received. A friend recommended hound em up daycare and we booked Archie in for a couple of days earlier this year and again for our two week summer holidays. He was a bit nervous at first but soon settled and enjoyed playing with the two lovely resident dogs. I was kept up to date with text messages and photos so didn't feel so bad leaving him for so long. They give lots of cuddles and attention and Archie enjoys his time with them. I would definitely recommend them and certainly use the service again in the future.
My dog loves it here.. when he goes. Only down fall is they do take ages to respond to dates you want to book in...the seen message but haven't responded. Just feels a bit rude really.
Amazing place for dogs. Well looked after. Would highly recommend
