I'm a chiropractor and purchased an Arjo couch a few years ago. Mechanically it has been ok. However the upholstery started to disintegrate on all three sections within 18 months and recently I've been trying to order a new headpiece (due to excessive wear and tear) and it's taken me three months to even receive an order form. Quality of product and service in my experience VERY POOR. Will not be buying from Arjo Huntleigh again.
