Excellent prices, free local delivery. Nice choice of good timber, fencing made to order. Used this place a lot, now getting a large summerhouse built for us. Would recommend. 30 jan 2021 Update to my last review. Our summerhouse/arts and crafts studio has now been finished, 16x8. Supplied our own double glazed windows and doors which were installed for us. We are absolutely delighted with the result. Kevin is a genius, would thoroughly recommend anyone to get their sheds, summerhouse, garage etc. built here. As you can see from the photos it looks amazing. Just got to put electrics in , insulate, board out and paint. Happy customers

Definitely the best place to get all your timber be it decking fencing sleepers paving stones they have it all cheapest in the north east. All below from here
How things can change in 6 months, last year I placed a 500 order with them and it went perfectly apart from 2 missed delivery dates... everything was alright... now a 2.7 mile delivery to the next village apparently isn't classed as local so.. that's something new... subsequently I was going to be charged the sunderland rate. Lady in the office also doesn't understand metric measurements despite items advertised as \4.8x125x47 joists\ Tired to work with them converting it to inches followed by them looking at their whiteboard in the office with OUTDATED PRICING and said sorry we don't do that size despite been advertised.
Had a chat with Kevin the guy who builds the sheds,loads of knowledge and practical advice,worthy of 5* for this alone.
