Nice store. Many items to choose from. Many varieties of beer in the cooler ready to take to the beach or for your campfire. One of the best party stores I've seen in a while. Only thing is the floor looks dirty, but given that the place is a little old, you can over look it and look at the prize and the reason why you came in.

My father in law owns a cottage in Houghton Lake and walked into this party store. He was looking around when the owner angrily approached him and yelled, ”You’ve been here twice today (he hadn’t been) Leave! Get Out!” My father in law is a retired teacher who does volunteer work on a regular basis, runs marathons and is the sweetest person ever!

They refused to accept returns unless we had bought them from him. Michigan law says if they sell the brand they must accept the returns. I will never go back there. I'm trying to find out who to turn them in about their practice on returns. They have told others they must spend the return money in the store.

I like the guy who runs it...been around here for years now. Would like to see a bit more diverse beer selection but, no real complaints.

Wow, the prices are sky high and the place is dirty and unkept. I went here in spite of this because it's close . The retard at the cash register starts accusing me of robbing a quarter machine somewhere because it was in the paper and I used 3 dollars in quarters ! \It look like it \ he said. Well it looks like he's ISIS to since we're so superficial around here
