Purchased a new hot tub this year from HotSpring World Sevenoaks and we are very happy with the experience all round and the relaxing evening soaks since! We started with a visit to HotSpring world, and Daniel's relaxed but expert knowledge was really useful. Given the expenditure we carried out some more research and visited 3 or 4 other show rooms and brands in the south east. While many were a bit cheaper we felt the quality and service was key so went into a holding pattern. Daniel kept us informed on fresh stock without hassling and we decided to leap on a highlife Prodigy. Service since purchase has been faultless too. Careful delivery, installation and follow up checks to make sure we're confidently using and maintaining. Thankyou! Worth knowing we are previous hot tub owners and have purchased on occasion chemicals from here over the last decade. The site and staff have been there a long time and that is also reassuring factor
I met Daniel 2 years ago to look at hot tubs. He was extremely helpful, very patient and did not push for a sale at the time or over the next 2 years as we thought about the purchase. 2 years later we finally bought a hot tub from Daniel and his service could not have been better. He communicated regularly with delivery updates, manuals, technical advice and we found the whole experience to be relaxed and very enjoyable. The delivery and installation team were really nice guys and gave a full demonstration when the tub was full. Daniel has been brilliant with after-sales questions, including my questions on chemical balancing! We are delighted with our purchase and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of buying a hot tub, to call or visit Daniel
