I booked Hotel Zero Degrees several months ago for my wedding block. I had a wonderful experience with Sarah via phone and email. When I arrived the night of my wedding, the man at the front desk was less than hospitable. He also did not hand out our welcome bags to guests arriving after the wedding. We had a bridesmaid who could not get into her room because the battery on the lock died. She finally got another room and that room was 99 degrees (literally what the thermostat read). She turned it down left an came back and the room was still unbearably hot. She had to switch rooms again. And the man at the front desk acted very inconvenienced by all of this - also not very hospitable of him. We also had our brunch with the restaurant. The food was good, but we also did not receive one of our ordered foods and it was not made known that mimosas and bloody Mary’s were available (we paid for this ahead of time) so I had to tell everyone they could go to the bar to get them (small detail but this should have been addressed). They also forgot to put up my birthday sign and balloons that was supposed to be a surprise for my birthday! Wouldn't recommend for a wedding..

Came here for NYE 2021. It was a last minute decision. Needed to get out of NYC for new year’s eve so decided to pack a bag and find a place not to far from the city that we can take a train to. Enter hotel zero. It was in the middle of the pandemic so I guess we couldn’t really expect anything but the hotel didn’t really go out of their way to make sure we’re comfortable either. They basically made us feel they’re doing us a favor. Decor was nice other than that nothing really special. Food in the restaurant wasn’t too bad but nothing special either. I’d really rate it 3.5 stars but can’t do that so here’s 4.
The only thing nice about this hotel honestly is the bathroom and the soft bed. Other than that the experience felt like a 3 star hotel. I could hear people upstairs running around all night. The room service left our extra blanket on the floor outside our door when we came back to our room (completely unsanitary). I was told when I checked in all these rules about no smoking and made to sign an agreement, then we go to our floor and it wreaks of weed. The smart tv isn't all that smart at all, all it really gives you is basic cable. The curtains would not close so my boyfriend could not sleep well. The front desk people had a tone that made it seem like they talk down to you. And when I considered the day before about booking two nights instead of one, the cost doubled because of v-day. Which is totally a scam. I would not spend my money here again. Ive been to nicer holiday inns before. Yeah just honestly book somewhere else.
Wonderful staff, great customer service and super accommodating! The rooms are very clean and cool looking, some interesting design choices. The Terra restaurant was open and food was excellent. Had the same noise complaint as other reviews here , I really hope the hotel gets that issue taken care of. Would give it a 5 star if its wasn’t for the noice. If you’re ok with earplugs then definitely recommend!
Very clean, comfortable, quiet. Very nice atmosphere all around. Very clean beds and bathroom. Would recommend and stay there again.

Ordered the date night package, and they surpassed my expectations. Very clean and covid compliant. My wife and I will definitely be back again for the near future.
The BEST hotel in Danbury and the surrounding area. Very clean. Modern design. NYC Chic feel. Large bathrooms. Great area for walking. Hiking trails very close by. Great restaurant with bar and A service. I'd highly recommend staying here.
