Very good! But the pool is open until 21:00, so if you want enjoy it-come early enough.
Beautiful hotel with very good restaurant that serves traditional Polish foods
Rooms big enough. Not very clean. No international TV. Wellness area is nice but sometimes crowded and loud. Very good restaurant. Dirty walls and not well cleaned toilet. Kind and helpful Staff. Thin walls. breakfast room is not nice and sometimes very cold but food is very nice and fresh. There is also a bowling area. Overall a good hotel if you use the wellness area too. If wellness area not used price is too high for my opinion.
Terrible, no AC in the rooms for our first stay. Hotel has two portions old and new. Make sure to book new because old doesn’t have AC and manual keys for door literally no cards. I wish to know ahead of time since Amex Corp booked it.
This is quite luxury hotel. Everything was ready, clear. The personal was helpfull and nice to me. Room fully matched common standard on international class. Considering the reasonable price, I recomend. I would give 4.5 stars if possible.
Very good breakfast. Friendly staff. Bad internet. Cleaning in room is not good. Spa and wellness is good. Was better long ago.
We have just finished our 4- nights stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone but especially to families with kids - plenty to do with them (swimming pool, soft play, play area for kids on the hotel corridors). Rooms are clean and spacious, with kettle, coffee and tea and fridge for your convenience. Double bed very comfortable, you can request a travel cot bed for a child. Buffet style breakfast - good variety of food, all very fresh and tasty. Mrs Natalia assisted us every day - she is a professional, made us very comfortable and welcomed us with a big smile every day. Thank you! Swimming pool area very clean and of a decent size. Plenty of play equipment for kids. We will be back.
