I have used Hotco hires on numerous occasions for my childrens birthdays and have also recommended them to other people for different events and every time they have been nothing but amazing. Affordable, punctual, professional and friendly. Kofos customer service is A1 and all of the staff he has ever brought to help out on the day aswell. Check out their packages. You will not be disappointed! 5 stars from me
Terrible service, staff are very slow come back to enquiries days later. We booked churros and candy floss for our wedding we had a lot of guests and they were looking forward to the churros and they told the guest the machine for churros was not working, worst part is they didnt even want to give half our money back even though churros should be more expensive we got less then have back as a refund. BE CAUTIOUS!! WOULDN'T RECOMMEND!
Outstanding service, great communication and passionate staff. Hotco caters for both adults and children. It’s never a dull occasion when they’re around. I’ll definitely be using their services again.
The Hotco team were amazing for my sons 1st birthday party, they were on time, had great customer service and made all our guests feel welcome. Used them again last month for my office launch party. Will use again.
