Had a meal for here last night (13/06/20) and it was the best takeaway I have had during the lock down and before that as well and I have had a few you get four yes's from me
Lovely food, good service
Tried ringing Saturday night a few times to order as we live 18 miles away....no answer, as a result of this we phoned a different Chinese placed an order...drove past the Hot wok on our way to collect our food and it was open. Phoned Hot Wok again on Sunday night to order food, again no answer, drove there and it was open. When I questioned the bloke at the desk he was very very rude and abrupt....said the phone was working....well obviously Hot Wok do not want the trade as you blatantly ignored the phone both nights. His customer service skills need a thorough overhaul and we will most certinally will not be back.
