Once again Arun and his team have delivered outstanding service. I needed a new thermal cover for my hot tub that has now been superseded, as a non stock item I was not holding my breath! But my cover arrived in eight days. To avoid using couriers, and potential delays, and as Arun knew my order was urgent, he got his installation team who were working elsewhere in Dorset today to deliver it direct. Thank you, once again excellent quality product backed with a level of customer service it’s hard to to beat.
Bought a Hot Tub 5 years ago and still enjoying every moment. Definitely recommend this company Arun (the owner) is the most polite and friendly person you could come across, was on the phone for nearly an hour discussing my needs so helpful. Now the most important bit is that within the 5 years and most recently I have contacted Arun for advice and technical problems and he was so so helpful the after care service is above and beyond
