Sunset Bay2 hot tub Very helpful from the first call. Tub arrived on time and the delivery guys were brilliant and installed it perfectly, after service has been excellent, always answering any questions very clearly and simply. Love the tub and would highly recommend. D Lawrence
Couldn’t recommend hot tub master enough to anybody looking to place an order. From ordering to delivery everything was smooth and efficient. We have the nova stream 2 and couldn’t get over the size on delivery. The loungers are really comfy and the 3 seats are also great we can all fit in without it being a squeeze. If you are a first time buyer like ourselves I would recommend you order the setup service as we didn’t and wish we had. Trying to figure out how the filters etc go in took a while.
Excellent delivery in a very professional COVID friendly way. We have used the hot tub every week since October, used it Christmas Day and we saw the New Year in the hot tub. It’s brilliant I urge you to take the plunge!
A brilliant professional and very helpful friendly service. I am very pleased with my Blue Whale spa. I would recommend Blue Whale spa for the excellent service and quality product they provide.
