The downtown office was temporarily closed. I went over to the Albert Pike office they took care of the waiting room with 7 or 8 seats. Great care for the employees as well as the public. There was a waiting line to get in the door keeping everyone protected from Covid. The other office opened was in HS Village.

Employees were very helpful. Limited seating due to covid-19. I got in and out quickly.
