Orr Cadillac organization is the very best dealership in the USA. I have own Cadillac most of my life ( over 38 years). Orr Cadillac has the very best people in the business who are exceptionally well trained, very professional and courteous. Austin has inspired me so much with his professionalism, deep knowledge about Cadillac and being genuine a true customer service champion. First off I live in Conway., I was going to buy a new 2021 Escalade from Parker Cadillac in LR. The Sales man made me feel like I was wasting his time. told me I had to go online an send 500 deposit. and me telling him I'm ready to buy, Told me that was to hold the vehicle for me. never been told this. so I said no thanks called up *Tommy* at Orr Cadillac, Tommy told me he had an Escalade. it was the color I wanted and I did not need to send any money. he got everything going and I headed to hot springs. Took like 20 min to fill out everything, but first he showed me the Escalade to make sure I loved it. He and the Finance Manager treated me with the Best respect and friendly service. Tommy was down to earth and a awesome guy to meet and chat with. people i'm telling ya. drive past LR and take the trip to Hot Springs. Ask for Tommy. You will be happy you did.
Orr service department is excellent for vehicle repair, and making sure any problem arises they be there for you. Give special thanks to Austin Davis a excellent service advisor who takes every day problems of vehicles ,and corrects them on a daily bases.
It took a little longer than I expected. However service was excellent .
I am a widow and I am often unsure about my vehicle. The Orr Cadillac team in the service department did an amazing job. They are professional with the family feeling. G
