Very fast, very friendly. The issue I have is out of the control of the employees. I am biracial. My father is \black\ and my mother is \white\. I was forced to pick a race to put on my license. Biracial, or \other\ was not an option. Interracial marriage has been legal since 1967. It is long past time to make \biracial\ an option, Arkansas. I should have left happy and satisfied. Instead I left disappointed and demoralized.

I was scared to go here because of the bad rep the DMV has but I needed my Arkansas driver license and registration for my car. My fears were unfounded. Traci helped me yesterday and she is amazing. I must have spent 20 or 30 minutes with her because I needed quite a lot of paperwork to accomplish my goal. But we did it! And she apologized for taking so much of my time. I didn't have the mailing address for the lien-holder of my car because I make the payments from my bank's website. She went and looked it up for me. Mission accomplished!

Getting my license for our state, they were unable to help me because I was missing documentation, which is fine, thanks to a nice helpful gentlemen there I know what I need. Everyone there was nice except this one chubby lady there with the \can I see your manager\ haircut and thick framed glasses......I went there a decade ago prior to today and had issues with her attitude then too, being at the DMV is miserable enough without someone with a perpetually terrible attitude working there...She rolls her eyes at people asking questions, raises her voice at people and half the time doesn't even acknowledge them when they speak to her. She has a very condescending hateful attitude....I know working at the DMV isn't really considered customer service, but I think it should be a requirement for people working in there to at least look at people when they are talking to them and not roll their eyes and huff when you ask questions..... Everyone else there had a great attitude except for this lady in particular, and she has been like this for at least 10 years....
