My friends and I go to this place regularly. This was the first time we encountered something like this. I don’t know if because there’s no indoor dining so they aren’t as clean as they normally are in the kitchen but, we placed an order of almost 200 dollars when we got home the food was inedible because there was this on it. We have yet to be reached out to by a manager or apologized. I will never be eating from here again that’s disgusting and it’s not something they would serve if there was indoor dining.

Hot and Juicy is my absolute favorite restaurant in Manhattan good vibes good music and the people are even better. You can either have a great time with friends or family. Its clean spacious and affordable this is also my daughter's favorite place Rae is her favorite waitress. The food is always fantastic, fresh, and tasty no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Servers are also great and always efficient, happy, and polite Michael and Rae always make me feel welcome. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to dine in
Today was a horrible experience with this place. I have been here plenty of times and todays crew, was the worst!! i Put in my order at 1:41 pm went to the location 35 minutes after and order was never even processed. Told me the was gonna rush my order. 40 minutes after That i asked the young lady if my order was ready and she asked my name and went to warm bin and pulled my order in that she put in about 10 minutes prior. NEVER asked my name or anything when she brought order up. .. overall my order of just a po boy and fries took over 1 and half hours!!! i was a longtime customer but they just lost that..
Went here for the first time with friends and had a great time! Nice vibes, excellent customer service and delicious food! Seafood was well seasoned. Aside from the boil I also enjoyed the shrimp po boy. They definitely know what they're doing in the kitchen.
