This was my first visit. The young man behind the counter was extremely helpful in helping me order. I got the fish tacos, very tasty. The restaurant was clean and the service above and beyond. Definitely recommend. Tuesday is 2.00 tacos

A large part of my order was missing. As you can see I ordered two kids meals and a burrito. They gave me only one kids meal and the burrito. A whole kids meal, the drinks and the cookies were missing. I realized the drinks were missing shortly after picking it up, but it was not a big deal. When I got home I realized the other items were missing. I called them and spoke to the shift manager. He offered to make another kids meal, but I would have to pick it up. It’s a 15 minute drive one way, so I told him I couldn’t do that. He then offered to make me a kids meal for tomorrow. So today one kids meal that’s not enough for my kids, and tomorrow I can have one kids meal that won’t be enough for my kids. I asked to speak to the manager, and she quickly raised her voice on me. She wanted to explain that if I had ordered 2 kids meals the receipt would list each one separately. I clearly ordered and paid for 2 kids meals and that’s what I expect to get. But that did not happen. The conversation quickly turned into a yelling match and the manager was uncooperative because I told her to shut up, so I can speak when she was speaking over me several times. She hung up the phone. When I called back, she answered a angrily. After attempting to get to the bottom of this and at least get what I paid for or a refund, I asked to speak with the location owner, and the manager hung up on me again. I will never eat here again because of this experience.
Eat here regularly. I prefer HH to the other joint around the corner. Better value. Employees are great. Rarely have any issues, but on the rare occasion when we do, they take care of it immediately. What more can you ask for??
