I used to enjoy going in the shop now they refurbished it its to crowed new staff and prices have shot up. I love supporting the hospice but these new changes might upset people when you can't return items for return sales or credit note or even exchange. No sign in shop anywhere telling customers this but staff says it tells you on your receipt which by then means nothing cause you bought something so it's tough now if you change your mind. My best friend and myself shopped everyday if she wasn't working but the whole experience of being told you can't have your money bk leaves a bad taste we go in shops for bargains it's not even a good bargain now as prices that much higher think we have paid for refurbishment. Oh and the new management follow you round the shop like we're going to rob summit ok it's Duke bar and they don't live round there so we must all be rough. It frustrating when I've took bags full of named trainers in boxes in and they still follow you so I wud ave gave it a 5 star but not now it's never gonna be the same and it's sad really
