Absolutely great first point of call if you would like to be let down. I defo would not call this place a housing support service. I would go as far to challenge this association as to whether \ its staff a qualified to work with its clients\ expect to be let down. Told that we are bringing multiple people to your house so we can talk over you and egnore you. You can always go to manager John and have him laugh in your face and talk down to you treat you like you not even a person. It's upto you but please don't say I didnt warn you about using this service.
