I came here with a very basic diving experience, but the dive spots here are a privilege well worth the flight to Horta (if you don’t dive, the earth part of the island is also worth it), and the staff of Dive Azores works hard to make it accessible. Safety and wildlife respect are a priority made very clear in the briefings, and doesn’t stop one from fully enjoying the abundance of life around here.

Amazing everything! Tiago and Joanna... amazing people!! Thanks for everything!!! We superrefomend all the activities with them! we dived to princess alice ans to the blue sharks area and some coast places! and we did whales and dophins! Everything perfect!
Beautiful experience with whale watching! You won't experience it as spectacular as in some video where whales are jumping out of the water... But you'll experience them as they are in nature, witnessing them coming to surface, breathing and gently floating We met also cute dolphins on the way, playing around a boat! The ride took us about 4 hours all together. The team is great, friendly and professional. We had really fantastic experience, Thank you!
We did whale watching and diving with them. My 3 year old saw his first whale. Me too! It was fantastic. I had two wonderful dives with them. Equiptment was great and the guides were superb. Thx so much for a wonderful day. Hygene worked out good. When needed everyone wore a mask.

Undoubtedly the best whale watching agency on Pico, Faial and Sao Jorge. The tour is with a marine biologist, who will explain and tell you everything about the different species of whales and dolphins. On top of that, they respect the animals and the environment. A lot of the other agencies will charge their boats right into the dolphin pod, whereas Dive Azores waits patiently and let's the animals come by themselves.
Very good equipment and well organized. There were 2 dive master for a group of 6 people.
Had some wonderful whale watching trips and fabulous diving over the last 3 summers with my whole family. Helpful and friendly staff who even got my wife diving again after 23 year break. Had my 5th trip out to see the Mobulas at Princess Alice Banks. As exciting this year as always. Another fabulous weeks diving in some new and previously visited sites. Wonderful. I can't wait for my next visit.
