The most unfriendly staff I ever met in Horst. I cannot understand this store survives because their pricing is ridiculous. I would recommend potential customers to visit Kruidvat (100 metres distance) instead.

This is really an unfriendly store! Way to expensive . You can get the same products cheaper at Kruidvat 50 meters further aling the street. Wanted to try a rose bodylotion for the smell. Store clerk came across me and told me i could not try that. They had one tester with a different scent. She told me i could try that one?! The unfriendly part was that she did not tell me this but ordered me not to use the rose one. I’ve tried the store now a couple of times and please try to avoid this place and look elsewhere! You have better service, friendlier people and cheaper prices!

Vandaag stap ik bij de Etos binnen in de corona tijd. Begrijpelijk dat je even moet wachten of dat het personeel het druk heeft. Er wordt door het personeel op een onvriendelijk manier naar mij geroepen dat ik een mandje moet pakken waarop ik antwoord dat de mandjes op zijn. De medewerkster roept naar mij dat ik dan maar een vies mandje moet pakken. Ik voel me hierdoor niet fijn en dit is niet de manier waarop mensen in deze periode met elkaar om moeten gaan. Hier kan op een nette manier gecommuniceerd worden. Jammer dat ik dit zo hebben moeten ervaren.
