A large number of the items are very pricey however the quality you get for your money tends to make it worth it. I shop here a lot and they have always been quick to replace or provide a refund on anything that my 2 pet rats so much as dislike. And on top of all this the staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and keen to make your experience better and easier.

Absolutely fantastic service at Horsham shop. The staff - without exception- are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Prices may sometimes be a little cheaper online - but I would happily pay slightly more for such exemplary knowledge and customer service.

Too expensive and they gave very bad advice to another customer about rabbits. They need to train their staff so they can answer questions correctly or not at all. No advice is better than bad advice
