Great place, helpful staff. Please be aware that yesterday there was a man going through everything in your store clearly looking for things to sell on for a profit. I realise it’s a free country but I think if you notice these people, it should be pointed out that the shop is for those in need of the items within it.

Unfortunately I have received no help, zero response and no assistance from the Horsham Matters team despite 3 separate emails to their general inbox and 2 phone calls and voicemails. Given that I have items that I would like to donate to the charity, this was much to my surprise, especially considering the current national/local pandemic situation. Are Horsham Matters still open for business?
