It’s always wonderful to make my daily trip to see the staff here at London’s. Always so welcoming and friendly. Great value for money too. They do so much for the vulnerable in our community. Helping them with their shopping and even help them home. A great common asset. We are very lucky to have them.

Good selection of products. Always clean and tidy. Much improved from the old caterways store. Not sure about their promotions. However staff don’t want to help and will ignore que at till unless called by colleague. Avoid using for post office, unless you have plenty of time

Great shop. Friendly and helpful staff, very clean and with a good range. Expensive compared to a supermarket but convenient and easy to park. Good in-store baked bread too

Unfriendly, unhelpful, and over charges at the post office. My first visit they over charged me for a letter. They charged me for a parcel when i was posting a letter and argued it. I have been running my own e commerce business for the past 2 years and know how much a parcel is. I took my parcel and went to another post office who then posted this as a letter!!!! Second visit i tried to top up my phone, there was little knowledge and therefore help on the matter and it was done wrong. The third visit there was one staff member on till and he had a que of 5 people. There where another 2 members of staff on the floor. The manager even walked past the que and said hello to people behind me but did not come to help his other colleague on till. Personally boycotted. Especially when there are other services in the area that go above and beyond.

I visited to use the post office and was pleasantly surprised to see the great layout and choice of groceries or offer. Very friendly and attentive staff, It will now certainly be my choice for essentials and the post office. A pleasant start to my day.
