Called looking for a parcel, they didn't have my parcel (not their fault). Chap I spoke to was very helpful. Not really fair to give negative reviews for a service out of their control.

I wish companies would stop using DPD to make their deliveries. Worse delivery company on the planet! Ordered a product off Nike, and had a calling card saying: \ we delivered to your neighbour\. Checked with all neighbours, after leaving a detailed note on the door where to leave our parcel, nobody had received anything. Phoned DPD, and spoke to a Customer Service Advisor, who simply kept saying she didn't have our address, but could not explain why I had a DPD calling card. This is how they make their money! Pretend they have delivered your package and then deliver it to some unknown address and it is impossible to get anyone on the phone to help us. NIKE take my advise and stop using this company!! I will avoid buying anything from any company that uses this useless courier service.
Got to be the rudest person, Johnsons are a DPD drop off zone official so we thought we would be polite and just call asking if they are ok to take the boxes, the lady said and I quote \I dont have room love\, yet DPD website says that Johnsons are a local drop off point for boxes up to 20kG , The lady was as rude as you can be and said we were being rude because we stated the web site says 20kg ..........unbelievable
