Amazing service! We visited Horsham Bedding Centre last year to buy a new mattress - Alex could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable, spending over an hour with us to identify the one that best suited our needs. More recently, being unable to visit the shop in person, Alex again helped us to identify a second mattress over the phone. Alex is thoughtful, very experienced and honest.

I had been looking for a mattress and our local selection wasn't that great. Found Horsham Bedding Centre in a Google search. Excellent prices, advice and service - remotely with Alex from the other end of the country. Finally bought an Enchanted House Tiverton. Delivery went smoothly, good comms along the way. Alex couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable. I'll certainly buy again. The mattress is very comfortable, highly recommend
Parked in car park for 25 mins to do some window shopping only to receive a 100 parking fine in the post from some management company. Myself and wife were simply window shopping with the intention of buying some items she had seen whilst walking past the store previously. I contacted the store to explain the situation only to be confronted by a staff member who wasn't at all helpful and could only say its a private car park and you only get 5 minutes to walk round see the shop is closed and drive off. When I stated my wife an I were window shopping and discussing what she had seen I was told well that's the issue and we can't do anything to help and that you will have to pay the fine. If this is customer service all I can say is I think this chap needs to attend a training course in the subject matter and also learn that by annoying customers your going to loose business. I will take my business elsewhere and please be warned not to use their privately owned car park ever, as you may end up 100 out of pocket - makes me sick
Not knowing a great deal on the differences between mattresses we emailed Horsham bedding and got an email back the next day. We then arranged a chat with Alex who was more knowledgeable and helpful than we could've imagined. The service and range must be one of the best in the country with over 150 beds in the store alone.
I have never met anyone with such deep knowledge and... well - passion - for beds as Alex. I went in thinking I knew what we needed and nothing was too much to ask for Alex. He knew exactly what to show us and once we found our perfect mattress my husband and I had no doubt that we’d made the right choice. This is the kind of old school dedication that you just don’t find anymore.
