Very safe, it was not very busy,as it was a week day. They have a great selection of camping equipment also clothing for this time of the year. All staff were wearing face masks and very helpful. Wonderful shop.

There is a fantastic choice of tents here and every accessory for camping you can think of. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that did not do a hard sale just gave me all the information available. I am chuffed to bits with the service and I had to use their afters sales service as I had a problem and this is where a company shows their true colours. It was dealt with quickly, efficiently and I had a full exchange with no problems what so ever. We will be back to buy the rest of our camping items in April.

Generally I like Camping World - we bought our tent there several years ago and often pick up little bits and pieces from them or their website. Our most recent trip (intending to replace a damaged pole) found the assisting member of staff to be very terse and impolite... Although our only bad experience too date, it did leave rather a bad taste. Furthermore, the assistant didn't even think to offer replacement pole springs, something it turns out they stock!
