Lovely place and catered so well for my young daughter who couldn't decide wot she wanted so they made her up a lovely plate of food not on the menu. All home cooked food... nice and hot..puddings amazing too. recommended and will be going back.

Quite possibly the friendliest pub I've EVER been too - such a lovely warm welcome when we arrived on our walk, made to feel right at home. Was recommended by the campsite we were staying at, and the owner instantly guessed that's where we'd come from, but we were pleased we'd gone! Enjoyed a drink in the garden - plenty of space so felt like you were suitably distanced from others. Highly recommend stopping in here if you're in the area, it's lovely
Lovely old village pub serving excellent real ale straight from the barrel. Delicious home cooked food, reasonably priced and super friendly service. Will return when it gets warmer to enjoy the lovely garden. Well deserved Salisbury CAMRA Country Pub of the Year.
Lovely pub with great food and friendly staff. The fish and chips in particular are highly recommended. Sit outside in the garden if you can but beware, there's no Wi-Fi and poor mobile coverage (at least on the o2 network) if that's important to you.
Wonderful village pub. Heritage pub with welcoming Landlord. A real treasure. Wish it was my local. Highly recommended
