Worst online auction I have ever experienced. No invoice was sent for my purchase and no one followed up when I reached out to them directly. When I finally got payment details they were for a bank that hasn't existed in 25 years and when I finally resolved that issue it turns out they went ahead and sold the lot to someone else.

Great auction rooms. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Really good on line auction in this difficult time.
Used to come here for the produce auction but sadly no more just a few flowers and that's it, such a shame. It says on the overview that the market is on Saturday, not so, it's a Thursday and always has been. Have tried to change the day but Google won't let me.
Staff helpful and can get a bargain
