I went to Matrix for a small job, unfortunately a bunch of things went wrong outside of either our control (problems with the supplier, the part etc), I felt mortified to be causing such a headache for them on such a small job. But they've been incredibly professional, helpful and flexible,throughout both helping me to find an alternative and being very understanding of me having to pop back and forth to sort out returns and the like.
Good guy, well experienced and knows his stuff. Fair prices too. Shame that I've wrecked my suspension and called off the seal change. Definitely recommend.
