Excellent customer service when I visited the Barfia shop in Hornchurch. Staff were very welcoming on the telephone and when I visited the store. They accommodated for my walk in collection it was very quick and easy, great hospitality . Definitely recommend purchasing Barfia from their store as it is 100% quality.

If you’re looking for exceptional service. This is it! I have always loved the concept and quality that the Barfia brand offers, but the exceptional service I received from the Hornchurch branch is what has prompted me to write a review. This was not my local store (I live miles away!) however I placed my large order here because of my experience. Every need was considered personally and it was seamless. From the first call, to collection and everything in between was perfect. The owner TJ gave a personal experience, kept me updated regarding my order and just took onboard and delivered all of the changes to my request. Was highly professional and patient throughout and really treated my celebration as an extension of her own. Which means so much! The barfi boxes and packaging was beautiful, the barfi was fresh and yummy and all of our friends and family loved them! Big thank you to this Hornchurch branch! Highly recommend and will be buying again! This branch is a real asset to the brand overall! A very very happy and satisfied customer!
Thank you, contactless pick up and friendly service. Just a quick note to say the sweet delicacies were delicious. The unicorn or the Rainbow, Candy Floss and Bubblegum flavour Barfi are a big hit with the kids. They got eaten before the picture. Will definitely be back!
Absolutely stunning & Quality Barfi. Due to the virus pandemic it was very difficult to locate and shop which was either open or able to take an order on such a short notice having left it so late the day before Eid. I did not want your usual standard average Barfi. I wanted something more bespoke and prestigeous that would uplift the mood of family as we were unable to celebrate Eid as we usually did. I came across Barfia Who offered exactly what I needed. I was able to make an order and choose exactly what I wanted within 10 minutes specifying the size and and how many boxes I would require for my family. The whole process was swift and easy also very pleasent to talk with, very professional family run business. My family absolutely loved them the kids went crazy over the differant coloured Barfi and we all enjoyed the Barfi at the comfort of our own homes. The packaging was simple and elegant and the little pieces of heavens came in all sorts of flavours. Amazing and will definately order again thank you TJ and family @ Barfia Hornchurch
Haven't managed to actually go to the store, but I just wanted to say my communications with the store have been great. They offer a very personalised service. When I am in the area or need an Item posted from their store I will definitely think of them . Thanks again
