Terrible service if you attempt to view a rental property. Having seen a property that met my needs and budget, I contacted Horley & Associates to arrange a viewing. I spoke to an administrator who informed me that I would be contacted at a later time to book a slot. Not having heard anything for a while, I called again, around 7 hours later, spoke to the same administrator and explained that I was keen on viewing the property and did not want to miss out as the location was prefect for my needs. I was bluntly interrupted and told \YOU WON'T MISS OUT\, unquote. I then emailed Horler & Associates to voice my dissatisfaction and express my concerns. My email was not replied to. I eventually received an email, informing me that the house would be available to view the early part of week commencing 15/04. I replied and offered ample availability as I work minutes away and could escape with very little notice to view the property. I have not received a reply, not even a an acknowledgement email. It seems that my budget (1500 for a 2/3 bedroom rental) is insignificant and they cannot be bothered dealing with my query. Why do they bother listing properties that they are not willing to deal with? Frankly, I am annoyed at the fact that I will miss out on that specific property. Whilst I am still interested, I am no longer prepared to work with Horley & Associates. It is their loss as in addition of finding a rental property, I have a property for sale and was keen in using the same Estate agent for both transactions. I will go elsewhere and hopefully deal with a company that is keen to have my business.
