Ok for a cheap, fast meal

The waiters were both not very friendly and one was even at the phone while serving us the food. They did not try to understand our order. They tried to charge more than we had/the price indicated in the menue. The soup was okay, but the meat (minced meat) was not done and still raw. I can't recommend this restaurant.

Mancare buna in conditii de igiena maxima. Personal serviabil si servire rapida.
