Great place but there was no carp at all.
Nice lake but fishing there it was is just luck, you can’t find a place without weeds where you can cast and wait for a bite. In 24 hours not a single bite. Nothing around . Never go back there. It’s such a shame because it’s a nice lake.
As a member of U3A we use this lake for model boating a fantastic setting
Not the easiest lake in the world, but definitely has a special feel about it. Some of the fish are absolutely stunning and it is set in a beautiful part of the country.
