Use this post office intermittently but have always found them helpful, efficient and pleasant..... quite the opposite in fact to Ossett post office who could learn a thing or ten from them. Must say I strongly disagree with the 1 star review below!!! Maybe it's because Horbury is also a shop in a small village staffed by locals who seem to have an interest in keeping it going and offering a good service. Keep up the good work!!!
Horbury Post Office Has All You Need From Posting Parcels, Banking , Paying Bills ,Lottery Tickets,/Scratch Cards Stationery,Cards For All Occasions ,A Passport Photo Booth /Chill Cabinet For Cold Drinks And A Sweet Emporium, The Staff Are Very Good And Very Helpful Karen The Post Office Manager Is Very Friendly.
Don't use the post office often but when I do their always helpful and get the job done.
