Unfortunately if you order via their ebay account and for whatever reason the item doesn't get delivered (in my case the address has multiple businesses on it each of which accept deliveries for each other, so the fault was with the courier) they will send you a message saying that you are messing with them on purpose and ban you from buying from them. It is unfortunate as I used to order a lot from them to the exact same address prior to the last delivery. I tried to reconcile but sadly they did not wish to reinstate my account with them. I have to respect their decision although it was a bit upsetting I must say. I understand that there must be people who take advantage of online sellers but, I wish they would review this policy for those who were already established customers.
