Whilst applying for a 'Court of Protection' order on behalf of my mother, Pat Wright took on the task at very short notice following the solicitor I had engaged retired unexpectedly on grounds of poor health. She contacted me immediately and acted positively, telling me of my options and allowing me to make informed decisions which was outstanding service. She kept me informed at all times which was comforting in a situation I had not experienced before. She was always available and provided an excellent service. A credit to Hopkins practice and I will definitely recommend the practice and Pat in particular.

I had recent assistance from Hopkins solicitors. Ross Hubbard did a fantastic job, everything was done and completed in a timely manor. Ross and his team were very friendly, fast working and made the service affordable. I would highly recommend.

Avoid Hopkins Solicitors at all costs. I had the displeasure of being provided with Hopkins Solicitors by my insurer ARAG PLC who referred a case of non payment to them. Although emails were returned, proactive communication was almost non existent. In the end after 8 months, my solicitor went against my instructions and basically provided the insurance company with a way out of the claim. The matter is now with the financial ombudsman as the insurance company were \able to rely upon the expert legal opinion of the(ir) appointed solicitor.\ I have provided feedback in the form of one of the firms customer questionnaires and have been ignored. I will never use Hopkins in the future.

Extremely efficient all along the line. Appointments were made in a timely fashion and I wasn't kept waiting when I arrived for appointments. Mr Hubbard, the expert who assisted with the matter in hand, knew his trade very well and was useful in his advice and diligent in pursuing matters. I never once had to call to request action. When I had a concern regarding some paperwork received, this was addressed almost immediately and that was lovely, as it put my mind at ease. I intend to use them for any other issues that I may have.
