DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!!! I placed an order for cat food in November, still has not arrived. Paid 5.99 for next day delivery as well!! I spent 52. They took the money but no goods have arrived yet. Not returning my emails and telephone is just ringing out, have been trying for months on a daily basis to contact them either to get my delivery or a refund to no avail. Basically they have stolen 52 from me. I am now having to report to trading standards. But not likely I will get my money back. This company will basically rob your money. Fraudsters!

Used to be great and was always next day delivery as stated on their site. Now very erratic delivery times and they never seem to even answer the phone when you call.
Staff are experienced and friendly great selection of all pet products.
They have a vast product range for all types of animals. The prices are excellent Car parking is good.
I have been buying dog food from this company for the last 2 years without any problems but my latest order hasn't arrived and despite dozens of phone calls, emails and filling in forms on their website i have had no response and no delivery of my order.
