Good service, was sold out and/or didn't carry what I wanted to order though (my usual Tim's order)

Sign on door says 24h. Sign in window says open for drive through and pickup. Google listing says closes at 10:00pm and 24h for drive through. Its 9:40pm - the dining room door is locked and the drive through is blocked off. The staff in the store are cleaning up and closing. Update your signage a google listing, it only takes a few minutes.
The staff here ask to donate money to a charity when I said no she grabbed the money anyways! Also the bathrooms were Absolutely disgusting.
If only I could give them 0 stars.. over the past few years they have been consistently terrible. I enjoy the food and tea that is what keeps me coming back. I even buy their boxes of tea for at home. Although the staff at this location are terrible. I am not so sure why this location has such a hard time with earl grey tea with the bag on the side. Also what is why not giving napkins with your donut or timbits in the last little bit!!?? I will change my review when they start giving me napkins with my meals and not giving me attached when a mistake was make on the order!
This Tim Hortons is very very busy in the summer. Put 30 minutes aside if you want to stop here. BTW that is typical in Hope. It's the same at Starbucks.
Not fully stocked when we went. Better to call in advance if you're looking for the things you want in particular.
My review of the Tim Horton in Hope is not about the food but about how much understaff was that place. I gave a five star to the supervisor called Jess. She was working like three persons behind the counter. She appeared in total control of the situation even they were totally under stall with only three persons behind the counter.
I go to this Tim Hortons every day of the week, they are always working hard even when understaffed, it does get backed up and is a busy location with the highway run off but they manage the flood very well. Employees remember faces and have orders ready as soon you’re ready to purchase.
