Located at the city centre of Hope this restaurant can be fully recommended. - nice waitress - local ingredients for the food - good beer - pricing is okay We ate both a main and were completely satisfied and happy with our choice. If you air near the windows you'll have a nice view to the mountains around Hope.

Food is very good, the ribs were a highlight. Outdoor seating has great views of the hills but gets a bit of street noise. The service is to the usual standards.
I’m always pleasantly surprised that this restaurant can always consistently keep my pallet impressed. Lots of places make good food now-and-again but this place is consistent in their amazing quality and ability to plate their food. Tucked away in the small and quaint town of Hope, known for the film Rambo and Horns. Hope should be known for this restaurant diamond. Situated downtown on the street of Wallace is the best place to enjoy adventurous food with locally sourced duck and an ever changing “Fresh Sheet”. I picked from the casual menu that stays the same and for good reason. The teriyaki pineapple burger was way beyond any mere burger it was truly an experience of taste one can not describe unless you too have had it. Top it off with the Truffle fries for even more of an adventure. Your tongue and stomach will not regret it. Your wallet will also not regret it.

Hands down the best fine dining in Hope and the east end of the valley. The food is fantastic and we always leave very satisfied. I can't say enough of how much this restaurant impresses me. Great staff and a great dining experience.
We send all our guests here. The Menu is just the right size with features always happening. Without the staffs hard and excellent work, Hope wouldn't be the same. While their are other eateries, nothing comes close to 293. Its a safe bet that they will take care of the guests we send them, and they have NEVER let us down.
I used to come here as a kid. Much different now. I had a smoked salmon salad with grilled prawns, followed with a lemon cheesecake. I am very pleased with the food, service and price. This place is a keeper. I travel continuously and love to find places like this. Too bad there's only 5 stars.
